While flying a drone for commercial use
we are required by law to conform
to FAA rules for UAS Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Your location must be determined to be safe to fly,
outside of busy airspace or permission may need to be
acquired to schedule a flight within airspace.
We do not fly over events, people or moving vehicles.
Our work is reserved for recreational photography and industrial & commercial contracts.
As a special treat for weddings, the drone pilot will consider providing drone aerial footage of event venues from a safe distance from people, if your wedding venue is at the coast, beach, waterfront or on a ranch. We may provide video and photos from the water and surrounding area. We can also shoot on a different day, when the event is not in progress to avoid flying over crowds, to allow you a lovely aerial view of your wedding venue.
