COPYRIGHT STATEMENT
Photography Contract Agreement
Upon arrival at the photo shoot ,you will be required to sign in and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the contract.
Please go to the contract page and agree to the terms via email before your photo session.
METHODS ACCEPTED
PayPal for means of credit card or debit payments.
PayPal may incur an additional 3-6% processing charge
which may apply if not included in agreed price or on partial payments.

50% NON-refundable Retainer

Your Event Date.
Payment in full is required before delivery of photos.
A studio in-person presentation will be provided for photo viewing.
A watermarked online gallery or PDF photo collage will be provided for viewing when logistics are not suitable for in-studio presentations.
Payment in full for all photography services
is required before printing.
100% payment in advance required for printing, framing, printed mementos and wall art.
